The supplier questionnaire uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Therefore, it does not display a cookie consent banner.
Supplier form
The public RFQ form does not set cookies. Draft answers are kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so they survive navigation between questions. They remain on your device, are not sent to us until you submit, and can be removed by closing the browser session or clearing site data.
CRM session
The private CRM sets one strictly necessary cookie named warehouse_crm_session after an administrator signs in. It contains a random session identifier, is HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Strict, limited to this RFQ path, and expires after no more than eight hours or upon logout. It is necessary to authenticate the administrator and is not used for tracking.
Consent
Consent is not requested for strictly necessary technical storage. If analytics, advertising, or other optional technologies are added later, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before those technologies are enabled.
