These terms govern participation in this private request for quotation for a reference warehouse in the Olomouc region. Submitting a response confirms that the supplier is authorised to provide it and accepts these RFQ terms.

2. Nature of the request
This is a request for comparable, indicative commercial proposals and is not an offer, promise to contract, public procurement procedure, design approval, or commitment to purchase. We may clarify, shortlist, negotiate, suspend, change, or end the process and may accept or reject any response without awarding a contract.
3. Supplier response
The supplier is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of its response and for clearly identifying assumptions, validity, taxes, delivery basis, inclusions and exclusions. Unless a response expressly says otherwise, prices are treated as estimates for evaluation only. Participation costs are borne by the supplier and will not be reimbursed.
4. Reference project and engineering
The dimensions and requirements shown in the questionnaire are a reference basis for quotation comparison, not final construction documents. Any future building must comply with Czech law, permits, applicable standards, and final verification by a Czech licensed structural engineer. Nothing in the questionnaire transfers the supplier’s responsibility for its proposal or creates approval of a technical solution.
5. Confidentiality and use
Suppliers must treat non-public project information as confidential and use it only to prepare the response. We may use and internally compare the response for this procurement and share it with authorised advisers, engineers and service providers involved in evaluation. Intellectual property remains with its owner; submitting a response grants us a non-exclusive right to review, copy, analyse and retain it for the stated procurement and compliance purposes.
6. Communications and contract
Only a later written agreement signed by authorised representatives creates a binding supply or construction contract. Shortlisting, emails, meetings, technical review, or a request for a detailed quotation do not by themselves create a contract.
7. Law and contact
